Pink tax proves women are still unequal

It is time companies put an end to pink tax and stop charging women more than men for the same product.

Pink tax is gender pricing where products targeted to women are priced higher than the male equivalent. This discrimination against women is prevalent on a national level, and must be put to an end.

It is time we said goodbye to student loan debt

Student loan debt is not an exclusive problem. Oh no, the high cost and rapid increase in college tuition has pulled America into a deeper debt hole affecting students and the entire country.

Segregation prominent today, not a thing of the past

Segregation is a problem continuing to plague America and isa very tangible and unfortunate reality for many today.

Children’s shows not harmful

Television, along with other forms of media, has a profound influence on social behavior and society today.

However, it’s also true that the effect of such media depends on what people watch and for how long.

Society has learned to hold the media responsible for any negative behavior or patterns seen in the world. In reality, media can be as good as it can be bad. The key to manipulating the effect television has upon us lays on what we choose to watch.
